Citi Simplicity
Can you tell 21 months 0% APR ? It is true, with Citi Simplicity (a NextAdvisor seller) will enjoy no interest on balance transfers and purchases until 2017 (not only until 2016!), With plenty of time to repay your balance. In addition there are no late fees, no penalty fees and no annual fee. Overall this is an excellent choice for those looking to save money on interest charges as they work to reduce their balance, or someone who wants to buy a dollar now and do not worry about pay interest until next year.
The Diamond Card Preferred Citi
Offering 21 months 0% APR period on balance transfers and purchases, this card is a winner. And after more than 1.5 years zero interest period is up, you will enjoy a low APR underway. Also there is no annual fee to worry. Even if you do not have transfer balances, this card is always a great way to make purchases now (spring vacation anyone?) And pay no interest until 2017.

When you combine a terrible 18 months 0% Intro APR with cash back rewards, it is hard to go wrong. Although the 18-month 0% Intro APR is just for balance transfers, you can also enjoy 6 months 0% Intro APR on purchases and post-intro low APR. Additionally, you earn 5% cash back on categories that rotate every quarter and 1% cash back on everything else. Did we mention that there is no annual fee and no foreign transaction fee? This means you can shop outside the US without worrying about additional costs, which is a nice touch when traveling abroad in the future.

with 15 months 0% intro April on balance transfers and purchases and the honor of being the only 0% intro card does not charge balance transfer fee this is our top -ranked balance transfer card. All this, and is targeted to those "good" credit rather than "excellent" credit. Good credit is generally considered a credit score between 649 and 720, although other factors may come into play. Slate zero balance transfer fees can add up to serious savings, many cards charge up 3% of the amount you transfer.
