When you register for an account of Internet fax you will receive a fax number. The fax number like a traditional fax number, and senders / recipients of your faxes will ever know the difference - you can even port your existing fax number to your new account with Internet fax. You can change your communication preferences when you log in to your online account. Here you can choose to receive complete fax in your primary email account, a secondary email account that you use just for faxes or email alerts that tell you simply that you have received a fax in your fax Internet inbox. If you opt for the use of email, faxes will typically appear as attachments that you can download.
If you do not want to use email, there are services that have excellent user interfaces for organizing your faxes. MetroFax is one of them. With online dashboard MetroFax protected by password, you can search by fax number, dates of the beaches and the name of the sender if they are in your contact list. From your inbox, you can export information by fax CSV files and create reports. You can even forward faxes up to 10 at a time to an e-mail, faxes or 3 at a time to another fax number.
